Cleaning Cloth Diapers

As a new mother with zero experience, it was hard for me to think about spending a ton of money for diapers that I would have to wash everyday. Don't get me wrong, I loved the thought of cloth diapers. The fabric on my baby's skin, the no waste, the long usage of the diapers drew me into the world of cloth diapering (also, the cute prints).
So, a couple of weeks after my child was born I started using my cloth diapers. I went the cheap route, using flats and very few pocket and all-in-diapers. After a couple of uses, the urea smell was strong. After a TON of researching, I found that using vinegar works! Apple vinegar and red wine are my favorites to use as there as no more urea smell. I just put teaspoon of vinegar in with my detergent or just the vinegar as the there is no more smell!

Trust me it works!
